Echo bike for 10 seconds, rest 50 seconds

Post total distance biked to comments.

Stimulus and Strategy:
It’s just you and a bike in today’s workout. Manage your pace based on the duration of each effort. As the time of the work intervals decreases, push the pace harder. Pay attention to the cadence or RPMs on the monitor. Try to maintain a consistent cadence or challenge yourself to increase your cadence as the time decreases.

Scaling:
Reduce the number of rounds.

In case of injury or limitation, perform today’s effort on any machine available.

Intermediate option:
Same as Rx’d.

Pissed away my time this morning so this ended up an end-of-day thing with only the rower to use. I probably could have hit 4km or better in the morning, not a fan of end-of-day workouts. Pace on the C2 averaged somewhere in the 1:40-1:45/500m and 30-35 s/m ballpark. I've done this before but just haven't found the when to compare to. Those 50 and 40 sec periods are rough.

All I had at work was an old granny stationary bike, so I set the resistance as high as I could and parked it in front of the cable pull machine and I used the cable pulls for the alternating arm work whilst biking the intervals. Not exactly the same as Echo Bike but not bad.

C2 rower: 3838m stroke rate focus: tried to stay at or above 26 s/m and increase stroke rate as interval length decreased each round. :30 interval at 30 s/m, :40 at 34-40s/m and :10 as fast as possible
